Necasino.bet (hereinafter referred to as "Necasino", "we", or "the Platform") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Necasino and all of its members.

By browsing the Necasino website, opening an account, playing games, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

A personal account is required to play games or place bets on Necasino. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

One Person — One Account

Each individual may open one account only. If a member is found to hold multiple accounts, Necasino reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any funds held within them.

• During registration, your name, date of birth, and mobile number must be entered correctly.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If your details change (such as your phone number), you must notify Necasino.

Necasino strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from opening an account or playing games. By registering, members confirm that they are 18 years of age or older.

If minors are present in your household, it is the member's responsibility to keep their device and account secure from them.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳300
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Accepted methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
• Deposits are usually instant. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted — deposits must be made only from your own mobile banking or bank account.

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Processing time: typically 1–24 hours (on business days)
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

Necasino offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

A 100% match bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus is available once only and is exclusively for new members.

• Wagering requirement: 5x the bonus amount
• Bonus wagering period: 30 days
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry

General Bonus Terms

• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they convert to cash only after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.
• Necasino reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games at Necasino. The key points are outlined below.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are the ones that apply.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Necasino reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules.

Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is audited by an independent third party.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the round in question may be considered void.
• If you are disconnected during a live game, any winnings from that round may not apply.

Necasino believes gaming is purely a form of entertainment. We want every member to play safely and have fun. If gaming ever feels like a source of stress rather than enjoyment, please reach out to us.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set on each account.
• You can temporarily or permanently suspend your account at any time.
• If signs of gaming addiction appear, our support team will provide guidance toward professional help.

Necasino reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for any of the following reasons — without prior notice:

• Registering with incorrect or false information
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus Abuse & Fraudulent Activity
• Attempting to cheat through software or technology
• Sharing your account with another person
• If a member is found to be underage

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Before doing so, please make sure to withdraw any available cash balance.

• Payment details are not stored on Necasino servers.
